Hey--I don't wanna play favorites!!
ReplyDeleteArtistically---Bob. He is turned slightly, the hat adds a nice pictoral (sp) element and the mouth is closed. I think most people have trouble with teeth. And you won't have to edit out things. Only thing you need to concern yourself with in the beginning is leaving a bit more space so that framing the painting doesn't cut into it too much. And adjust the composition within the painting so that every edge is a slightly different distance from the edge of the hat. Doesn't have to be a lot--maybe an inch on one side, 1 1/2 inch on the other side, and 2 or 2 1/2 inch at the top. That should also leave a bit more space between his beard and the bottom edge. I'll be back to convert it to monochrome.
Well---I'll have to find a better pic of me than that one....even though it is the one on facebook!! Let me see what I can do... Looking though all my actual printed pictures...getting ones on the "old" hard drive printed...looking at the ones on this computer....Oh my....shall I procrastinate awhile longer??? But let me look before you start me....
