First--looking down into the great room from the loft. Second--the kitchen full of scaffolding and Shadow, the supervisor. Third--looking up toward the loft. Fourth--the fireplace. And last--view of the front windows--all in but the one that was the wrong size.
I saw the supervisor, but where is the pic of the carpenter?
ReplyDeleteI know all about windows being wrong. It seems to be the one thing that we consistently have problems with--wrong sizes, wrong glass, wrong type, etc.

Actually we had two that were wrong but the other one was a double hung in the bathroom so we changed the framing to make it fit. This one however, steps down at the same pitch as the ceiling and roof so changing anything to make it fit would have made it look wrong. And I worked extremely hard to get them to match so I didn't want to change it. And my friend who ordered it ordered it correctly but the fax looked incorrect so they are replacing it. Just have to wait for the new one and hope that the machine with platform is still there when it comes so Wade can get to it easily. I think it should be as they haven't framed the front yet and the window was reordered a week ago.
