We listed with the Realtor on Tuesday evening..They came to put the sign up and take pictures on Wednesday..Yesterday we had someone come and look at it...And we have another person (s) coming on Sunday afternoon...Hope that's a good sign..

Sounds good to me! We've only had 6 or 8 people in the last five months. Had one scheduled for today but they cancelled because we couldn't be home at 11:30 due to church. Have one scheduled for tomorrow--they showed up without an appt. on Thurs. and I told them they would have to schedule for another time.
