When I got back to the office this afternoon, I found a building permit sitting on my desk. OK, OK, it wasn't sitting there. Laying there? Lying there? (I could get so caught up in this that I might forget about what I wanted to tell you, but I won't.)
Anyway, Pedro (one of my co-workers) had taken my design (and Dave Miller's), gotten it copied, stamped, and approved. Ta Da!! Now, all I have to do is figure out how to get it done without Dave Miller. Oh, well. One step at a time.
I'll think about it tomorrow.
